Topics include accessing meaningful employment and post-secondary opportunities, understanding legal frameworks around co-decision making, guardianship, and medical proxy, and planning for a smooth transition from school to adulthood

Topics will include government programs such as SAID (Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disability) and self-directed funding, with practical information on benefits, eligibility, and how to access provincial and federal assistance.

This inspiring panel session will explore the importance of community, connection, and inclusion. Panelists will share their experiences and insights on how to foster meaningful connections and create more inclusive spaces.
